Free Lessons:

By experiencing the nurturing activity of our inner energy often, and becoming familiar with the “geography” and “technology” of our internal, subtle, energetic systems, we become our own master of the process of our spiritual evolution.

The intrinsic knowledge-base involved is extensive, and it is accessed via our connection to our “instrument” (Subtle system), which is connected to the Whole.

Information and experience can be accessed in many ways, but the depth and magnitude is usually greater in collective gatherings.

Free classes are available at the following times and locations, where instruction, guided and sometimes, silent meditation are offered.

About Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it. It’s also free.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique synthesis of meditation and self- transformation, which is available to every human being by accessing and awakening the internal energy of spiritual evolution (kundalini) within.

This inner transformation takes place as a result of the process of Self Realization (realization by the individual of the True Self). By aligning ourselves with our true potential via meditation, the process is experienced as an integration and unification of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies. The resultant effects of greater balance, peace, wisdom, connected-ness, and compassion leave the individual feeling recharged, rejuvenated and more open to the enjoying the present moment.

The meditation process, is accessible to persons of all ages, cultural backgrounds, walks of life, and has been experienced, and proven to be beneficial to hundreds of thousands of people in over 90 countries worldwide.
